THROUGH 430 PM...SCATTERED SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE OVER THE
EASTERN HALF OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY WILL OCCUR
NEAR AND OVER THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU REGION. SHOWERS WILL MOVE TO
THE EAST AROUND 20 MPH. AREAS THAT RECEIVE PRECIPITATION WILL HAVE
RAINFALL RATES OF ONE TENTH OF AN INCH OR LESS PER HOUR.
