  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF JAMESTOWN...

* AT 546 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 1.5 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN
HAD FALLEN IN AREA EAST OF JAMESTOWN AND NEAR ALLARDT ON HIGHWAY
52. THIS STORM IS MOVING SLOWLY EAST WITH MORE STORMS MOVING INTO
THIS AREA FROM THE WEST.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND PONDING OF WATER ON COUNTRY ROADS AND
FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

A FLOOD ADVISORY MEANS RIVER OR STREAM FLOWS ARE ELEVATED OR PONDING
OF WATER IN URBAN OR OTHER AREAS IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
