IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY WILL OCCUR NORTH OF A
LINE FROM NEAR FRANKLIN TO NEAR WATERTOWN. STORMS COULD PRODUCE
MUCH NEEDED RAINFALL WITH UP TO ONE HALF INCH IN ISOLATED AREAS.
CELL MOVEMENT WILL BE NORTH-NORTHEAST AROUND 20 MPH.
