SHOULD KEEP THIS IN MIND...AND DRIVE WITH EXTRA CAUTION...WHEN
TRAVELING ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLATEAU TONIGHT. BRIDGES AND
OVERPASSES WILL BE ESPECIALLY VULNERABLE TO ICY CONDITIONS.

SOME ISOLATED SPOTS IN FENTRESS COUNTY REPORTEDLY RECEIVED AS MUCH AS
