MOVE OVER THE NORTHERN SECTION OF THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU. MOST OF THE
PRECIPITATION WILL OCCUR NORTH OF INTERSTATE 40. PRECIPITATION WILL
MOVE TO THE NORTHEAST AROUND 35 MPH. WHERE PRECIPITATION DOES OCCUR
RAINFALL RATES WILL AVERAGE LESS THAN FIVE HUNDREDS OF AN INCH PER
HOUR.
