LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE ON AND OFF THROUGH 9 PM ACROSS MUCH OF
THE MID STATE. ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS WILL OCCUR MAINLY NORTH OF
INTERSTATE 40 BUT WILL BE LIMITED TO LESS THAN ONE HALF INCH. THE
SNOWFALL SHOULD TAPER OFF TO FLURRIES BY 9 PM.

OTHERWISE...TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO SLOWLY DROP OVERNIGHT AND
WILL FALL BELOW FREEZING THIS EVENING. ANY REMAINING MOISTURE ON THE
ROADWAY SURFACES WILL FREEZE AND CAUSE ICY SPOTS TO DEVELOP.
MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO USE EXTRA CAUTION...PARTICULARLY ALONG BRIDGES
AND OVERPASSES. BLACK ICE IS ICE THAT YOU CANNOT SEE. IT IS
EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION...
AND ABOVE ALL...SLOW DOWN.

CST THIS EVENING...

LIGHT TO OCCASIONALLY MODERATE SNOW WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE
ADVISORY AREA THROUGH 9 PM. ADDITIONAL SNOWFALL ACCUMULATION OF
AROUND 1 INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE.

ALREADY...GENERALLY 1 TO 2 INCHES OF SNOWFALL HAS OCCURRED ACROSS
PORTIONS OF THE ADVISORY AREA. THUS...WITH TEMPERATURES SLIGHTLY
BELOW FREEZING ACROSS THE AREA...ICY ROAD CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST.
MOTORISTS SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION IF TRAVEL IS REQUIRED.

THE SNOWFALL SHOULD TAPER OFF TO FLURRIES AS WE GET TOWARD MIDNIGHT.
