HEAVIER RAINFALL NORTH OF INTERSTATE 40 APPEARS TO BE PULLING
NORTHEASTWARD OUT OF THE AREA. PATCHY LIGHT RAIN IS NOTED OVER THE
REST OF THE AREA. COLD FRONT IS STILL WELL TO THE WEST...ALONG A
LINE FROM PADUCAH KENTUCKY TO PINE BLUFF ARKANSAS. FRONT APPEARS TO
BE MOVING EASTWARD AT ABOUT 20 MPH. PATCHY LIGHT RAIN WILL CONTINUE
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING WITH A POSSIBLE CHANGEOVER TO
LIGHT SNOW LATE TONIGHT. TEMPERATURES ARE CURRENTLY NEAR 50
DEGREES...BUT WILL PLUNGE LATE TONIGHT AS MUCH COLDER AIR MOVES
INTO THE MIDSTATE. EXPECT TEMPERATURES TO BE 15 TO 20 DEGREES
BELOW NORMAL FOR THE NEXT 48 HOURS.
