THROUGH 230 PM...ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO
DEVELOP OVER THE NORTHEAST HALF OF THE MID STATE. THE STRONGEST
ACTIVITY WILL OCCUR NEAR AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 40 OVER
WILSON...TROUSDALE AND OVERTON COUNTIES. THUNDERSTORMS WERE
STATIONARY AND BUILDING WESTWARD. RAINFALL RATES IN THE HEAVIER
STORMS WILL BE OVER ONE HALF INCH PER HOUR.
