ISOLATED RAIN SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAVE STARTED TO DEVELOP IN
THE SOUTHERN COUNTIES OF THE MID STATE. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY WAS
NEAR OR SOUTH OF A LINE EXTENDING FROM LINDEN THROUGH COLUMBIA TO
CHAPEL HILL. WITH THE AFTERNOON SUN STORMS SHOULD CONTINUE TO
DEVELOP AND GROW OVER THE MID STATE. LATER THIS EVENING AS A COLD
FRONT MOVE THROUGH THE MID STATE STORMS WILL BECOME MORE NUMEROUS
AND EXPECT ISOLATED AREAS TO RECEIVE SMALL HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS.
