TENNESSEE SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 40 AT LEAST THROUGH 830 PM. SOME
AFFECTED LOCATIONS WILL INCLUDE PULASKI, SHELBYVILLE, MANCHESTER,
MCMINNVILLE, AND SURROUNDING PLACES. THE STRONGEST STORMS ARE CAPABLE
OF PRODUCING FREQUENT LIGHTNING, HEAVY DOWNPOURS, GUSTY WINDS, AND
SMALL HAIL, PARTICULARLY AROUND MCMINNVILLE AND WAYNESBORO. THE CELLS
ARE MOVING SLOWLY NORTHEASTWARD.
