INDICATE A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LARGE DAMAGING
HAIL UP TO GOLF BALL SIZE.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 6 MILES WEST OF
TRACY CITY...OR ABOUT 16 MILES NORTHEAST OF WINCHESTER...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
