* AT 1123 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING NICKEL SIZE HAIL.  THIS
  STORM WAS LOCATED 12 MILES NORTHWEST OF CHAPEL HILL...OR ABOUT 12
  MILES SOUTH OF FRANKLIN...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
