EAST OF ORLINDA, WITH MOVEMENT TOWARD THE EAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR.
THIS STORM IS PRODUCING OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING, EXTREMELY HEAVY
RAINFALL, POSSIBLY SOME SMALL HAIL, AND IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND
GUSTS AS HIGH AS 40 MILES AN HOUR. IF YOU LIVE NEAR MITCHELLVILLE OR
PORTLAND, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER TAKING SHELTER UNTIL THE STORM PASSES.
