CONTINUE TO MOVE TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 45 TO 50 MPH . THE HEAVIER
THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR OVER THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU. RAINFALL RATES
IN THE HEAVIER STORMS WILL RANGE UP TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH PER
HOUR. PONDING WILL OCCUR IN LOW LYING AREAS AND ROADWAYS MAKING FOR
HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS.
