THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

A COLD FRONT APPROACHING FROM THE WEST WILL HELP PRODUCE WIDESPREAD
THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE MID STATE TODAY AND THIS EVENING. WITH A
VERY UNSTABLE AND HIGHLY SHEARED ENVIRONMENT IN PLACE, SOME OF THE
STORMS WILL LIKELY BECOME SEVERE, WITH DAMAGING DOWNBURST WINDS AND
LARGE HAIL THE PRIMARY THREATS. ISOLATED TORNADOES ARE ALSO POSSIBLE
WITH THIS WEATHER SYSTEM.

IN ADDITION, HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THROUGHOUT THE DAY,
ESPECIALLY AROUND CLARKSVILLE, CENTERVILLE, LAWRENCEBURG, LINDEN, AND
CAMDEN, WHERE FLOODING IS POSSIBLE. ELSEWHERE, BRIEF LOCALIZED
FLOODING AND WATER PONDING ON ROADS MAY OCCUR DURING PERIODS OF HEAVY
RAINFALL.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

WIDESPREAD HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED.
