ACROSS THE NORTHERN SECTION OF THE MID STATE...ISOLATED PULSE TYPE
THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND AS RAPIDLY DISSIPATE.
MOST OF THE ACTIVITY WILL BE LOCATED NORTH OF INTERSTATE 40. HEAVY
RAINFALL AND OCASSIONAL LIGHTNING WILL BE ASSOCIATED WITH THESE
STORMS. RAINFALL RATES UP TO ONE INCH PER HOUR COULD OCCUR WITH THESE
STORMS AND BRIEFLY CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS. MOTORIST
SHOULD USE CAUTION AS HEAVY RAINFALL WILL MAKE FOR HAZARDOUS DRIVING
CONDITIONS. STORMS WILL MOVE TO THE NORTHEAST AROUND 15 MPH. SHORTLY
AFTER SUNSET THUNDERSTORMS WILL START TO DISSIPATE.
