...THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN ALONG PLATEAU...

AT 440 PM CDT...A NEARLY STATIONARY LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS
CONTINUED FROM PALMER IN GRUNDY COUNTY NORTHEAST TO FALL
CREEK FALLS IN VAN BUREN COUNTY. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS
OCCURRING IN EASTERN GRUNDY COUNTY WHERE DOPPLER WEATHER
RADAR INDICATED AS MUCH AS TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN
IN THE LAST HOUR. ALSO IN NORTHERN VAN BUREN COUNTY NEAR
CUMMINGSVILLE...DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED AS MUCH AS
TWO INCHES OF RAIN DURING THE LAST HOUR. ALSO DIME SIZE
HAIL WAS REPORTED IN CUMMINGSVILLE.

ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL OCCUR ACROSS THIS AREA
SINCE THE STORMS ARE SHOWING LITTLE OR NO MOVEMENT. SMALL
STREAMS AND CREEKS WILL RISE QUICKLY...AND COULD FLOW OVER
ROADWAYS.

DO NOT DRIVE WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
