TWO-THIRDS OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE.   SOME OF THE CITIES THAT WILL BE
MOST AFFECTED BY THESE STORMS THROUGH 145 PM CDT ARE LEWISBURG...
WATERTOWN AND CARTHAGE. RAINFALL RATES IN THE HEAVIER STORMS CAN
BE AS MUCH AS ONE INCH PER HOUR OR GREATER. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ALERT
TO PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS AND DRIVE ACCORDINGLY. THESE STORMS
ARE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 TO 25 MPH.
