.NOW...
THROUGH 9 PM...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS PORTIONS
OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EAST AROUND 20 MILES AN
HOUR. THIS ACTIVITY IS MOST DOMINANT ACROSS THE EAST AND SOUTHERN
PORTIONS OF THE MID STATE...ESPECIALLY FROM WAYNE TO WILLIAMSON TO
FENTRESS COUNTIES...AND SOUTH TO ALABAMA. THOSE AREAS THAT RECEIVE
RAINFALL CAN EXPECT UP TO ONE INCH OR MORE ACCUMULATIONS IN THE
HEAVIER STORMS. THE HEAVIER RAINS COULD CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON
ROADWAYS THAT CAN LEAD TO HYDROPLANING OF VEHICLES. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR
VEHICLE THROUGH WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH.
