...A FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 PM CST FOR
BENTON COUNTY...

AT 753 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO
INDICATE SHOWERS MOVING THROUGH BENTON COUNTY. HOWEVER THE HEAVY
RAINFALL THAT PRODUCED FLASH FLOODING IN SOUTHERN BENTON COUNTY HAS
ENDED. CREEKS AND STREAMS SHOULD BEGIN RETURNING TO THEIR BANKS
SHORTLY.

BENTON COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE REPORTED SEVERAL ROADS FLOODED IN
THE SOUTHERN PART OF THE COUNTY AT 740 PM CST. ONE LADY WAS
RESCUED FROM HER CAR WHICH HAD STALLED IN A FLOODED ROADWAY.

LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO CAMDEN
AND HOLLADAY.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
