SCOTTSVILLE KY TO FRANKLIN. THIS ACTIVITY WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT
35 MPH AND SHOULD REACH LAFAYETTE AND LEBANON AROUND 230 PM. WIND
GUSTS OF UP TO 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGER STORMS.
OTHERWISE...LOOK FOR RAINFALL AMOUNTS TO AVERAGE AROUND 1/4 INCH
WITH THE PASSING OF THE BAND.
