NOON CST. WINDS WILL GUST OVER 40 MPH AT TIMES DURING THE
MORNING...THEN WINDS WILL SUBSIDE DURING THE AFTERNOON AS THE STRONG
LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES AWAY FROM THE AREA. LIGHT SNOW IS POSSIBLE
DURING THE MORNING...BUT NO ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED.
