THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN STEWART COUNTY IN TENNESSEE

* UNTIL MIDNIGHT CDT

* AT 1128 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SHORT LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING NICKEL SIZE HAIL...
  AND DESTRUCTIVE WINDS IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH. THIS LINE OF STORMS WAS LOCATED 6
  MILES NORTHWEST OF CUMBERLAND CITY...OR ABOUT 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
  DOVER...AND MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.

A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. IF A TORNADO
IS SPOTTED... ACT QUICKLY AND MOVE TO A PLACE OF SAFETY IN A STURDY
STRUCTURE...SUCH AS A BASEMENT OR SMALL INTERIOR ROOM.
