* UNTIL 930 PM CDT

* AT 904 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
  OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR PORTLAND...OR ABOUT 13
  MILES SOUTH OF FRANKLIN...AND MOVING EAST AT 75 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE IN...
  RURAL NORTHEASTERN SUMNER COUNTY AT 920 PM CDT
