REMNANT RITA WAS MOVING INTO SWRN AR AT LATE EVE WITH STRONGEST
PRESSURE FALLS LOCATED OVER CNTRL/NRN AR.  THE LARGEST ELY LOW-LEVEL
FLOW COMPONENT EXISTS FROM WCNTRL/NWRN MS INTO THIS PRESSURE FALLS
AXIS IN AR.  OUTER RAINBAND INTENSITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEPRESSION
HAVE TRENDED DOWNWARD SINCE SUNSET...WITH THE STRONGEST BANDS
CONTRACTING TOWARD THE CENTER. ONE PRIMARY BAND HAS BEEN PERSISTENT
FROM THE MS DELTA...WRAPPING CYCLONICALLY NWWD ACROSS ERN AR TO NEAR
LITTLE ROCK.  AS INDIVIDUAL CELLS WITHIN THE BAND APPROACH THE
HIGHER LOW-LEVEL SHEAR AXIS...TORNADOES WILL REMAIN A THREAT THROUGH
THE OVERNIGHT...PARTICULARLY ACROSS NWRN/WCNTRL MS INTO ERN/NCNTRL
