GUSTS OVER 30 MPH WILL OCCUR AT TIMES. RAIN AND WINDS WILL DIMINISH
LATE THIS EVENING. RAIN SHOULD END FOR MOST AREAS BEFORE MIDNIGHT.
SOUTH WINDS WILL BECOME SOUTHWEST AND DIMINISH INTO THE 10 TO 20 MPH
RANGE.
