COLD MID LEVEL TEMPERATURES /-12 TO -14 C AT 500 MB/ ASSOCIATED WITH
THE CENTER OF THE MID LEVEL SHORT WAVE TROUGH TRACKING SSEWD ACROSS
ERN TN ATTM WILL CONTINUE SUPPORT MARGINAL INSTABILITY.  DEEP LAYER
SHEAR IS SUFFICIENT FOR ORGANIZED STORMS...BUT MARGINAL INSTABILITY
WILL CONTINUE TO RESULT IN SOMEWHAT LIMITED COVERAGE OF THE
