BE EXPECTED ACROSS CUMBERLAND COUNTY. THIS HEAVIER ACTIVITY WILL
MOVE INTO FENTRESS COUNTY BY 5:00 AM. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE EXTRA CARE
AND SLOW DOWN ON THE WET ROADS EARLY THIS MORNING.
