NEAR BODIES OF WATER.  CLEAR SKIES...LIGHT WINDS AND ABUNDANT
GROUND MOISTURE FROM RECENT RAINFALL HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO DENSE FOG
WITH NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY IN SOME AREAS.

TRAVELERS SHOULD SLOW DOWN AND BE ALERT FOR RAPID CHANGES IN
VISIBILITY.
