BECAUSE OF DRIER AIR ALOFT AND THE LACK OF FORCING...
BELIEVE THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT IS MINIMAL THIS EVENING
AND OVERNIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE INTO SUNDAY AS THE
STORM SYSTEM PASSES ACROSS MIDDLE TENNESSEE, PULLING DEEP MOISTURE
INTO THE MID STATE AND ENHANCING ATMOSPHERIC LIFT NEEDED FOR
CONVECTIVE DEVELOPMENT. THE STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS PLACED A
SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE WEATHER OVER THE PORTION OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE
GENERALLY SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 40 FOR SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT, AND
ALL OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE FOR SUNDAY.

ACTIVATION OF SPOTTERS AND EMERGENCY MANAGERS MAY BE NEEDED
