FREEZING...MANY ROADWAYS AND STREETS ARE ICE COVERED...
PARTICULARLY TO THE EAST OF I-65 OR TO THE NORTH OF I-40.
IF YOU MUST TRAVEL THIS MORNING...UTILIZE EXTREME CAUTION. REMEMBER

ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES. THE ADVISORY INCLUDES AREAS AROUND
CROSSVILLE...COOKEVILLE...SPARTA...AND JAMESTOWN. ROADS IN THIS
AREA ARE ICY AND SNOW COVERED. TRAVEL IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

THROUGH 7 AM...YOU CAN EXPECT A BAND OF MODERATE SNOW TO MOVE
ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO 2 INCHES
