THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR MIDDLE TENNESSEE.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST ACROSS THE ENTIRE MID STATE THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE BEST CHANCE FOR CONVECTION WILL BE AROUND
CAMDEN, CLARKSVILLE, DOVER, ERIN, AND WAVERLY. THE POSSIBILITY EXISTS
THAT A FEW OF THESE STORMS COULD BECOME SEVERE, WITH DAMAGING
STRAIGHT LINE WINDS BEING THE DOMINANT THREAT. THE STORM PREDICTION
CENTER HAS PLACED MOST OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE UNDER A SLIGHT RISK OF
SEVERE WEATHER FOR TODAY AND TONIGHT, THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS BEING THOSE
AREAS ALONG THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU AND NEAR THE ALABAMA STATE LINE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...
WIDESPREAD HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
SPOTTERS MAY BE NEEDED IN A FEW AREAS AS CONVECTION DEVELOPS DURING
PEAK HEATING HOURS. HOWEVER, WIDESPREAD ACTIVATION OF SPOTTERS AND
EMERGENCY MANAGERS IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY.
