AT 400 AM...RAIN ASSOCIATED WITH TROPICAL DEPRESSION CINDY
CONTINUES OVER PARTS OF THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU. RAINFALL RATES
ARE AROUND ONE TENTH INCH PER HOUR IN THE PLATEAU AREA. CINDY HAS
BEEN MOVING NORTHEASTWARD AT 15 MPH OVER THE PAST FEW HOURS.
RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO INVADE THE PLATEAU AREA AS THE STORM MOVES
FURTHER NORTHEASTWARD. A FEW SCATTERED SHOWERS MAY EVEN POP UP OVER
CENTRAL MIDDLE TENNESSEE THIS MORNING.
