...STRONG SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORM JUST SOUTHEAST OF LEBANON...

A STRONG SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED ABOUT 5 MILES
SOUTHEAST OF LEBANON AT 550 PM. THIS STORM WAS DRIFTING VERY SLOWLY
TO THE SOUTH. WIND GUSTS OF 40 MPH...SMALL HAIL...AND HEAVY
RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE. LOOK FOR RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO 1 TO 2
INCHES WITH THIS STORM. MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS AND FLOOD
PRONE ROADWAYS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE. THE STORM SHOULD EVENTUALLY
RAIN ITSELF OUT AND WEAKEN GIVEN THE SLOW SOUTHWARD DRIFT.
