...A RIVER FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF THE BUFFALO RIVER...
DUCK RIVER...

AFFECTING THESE COUNTIES IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE: HICKMAN...HUMPHREYS...PERRY.
DUCK RIVER AT CENTERVILLE...
*   FLOOD STAGE:         22.0 FEET.
*   LATEST STAGE:        20.1 FEET AND RISING AT 9 PM TUESDAY.
*   RIVER FORECAST:      FORECAST TO RISE TO NEAR 23.0 FT THIS AFTERNOON THEN
FORECAST TO FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE OF 22.0 FT AFTER MIDNIGHT WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
*   FLOOD CATEGORY:      THESE LEVELS WILL PRODUCE MINOR FLOODING.

AT THESE LEVELS...FLOOD WATERS WILL COVER THE FLOOD PLAIN ALONG THE RIVER.
SEVERAL ROADS NEAR THE RIVER WILL BE PARTILALLY COVERED. IN CENTERVILLE, HICKMAN
SPRINGS ROAD AND DEFEATED CREEK ROAD WILL BE AFFECTED. LEATHERWOOD ROAD BETWEEN
SHADY GROVE AND PRIMM SPRINGS NEAR TOTTY'S BEND WILL ALSO BE AFFECTED .

BUFFALO RIVER NEAR LOBELVILLE...
*   FLOOD STAGE:         10.0 FEET.
*   LATEST STAGE:        11.3 FEET AND RISING AT 10 PM TUESDAY.
*   RIVER FORECAST:      FORECAST TO FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE OF 10.0 FT LATE THIS
AFTERNOON.
*   FLOOD CATEGORY:      THESE LEVELS WILL PRODUCE MINOR FLOODING.

AT THESE LEVELS...AGRICULTURAL BOTTOMLAND FLOODS. WATER APPROACHES THE RIVER
ACCESS ROAD EAST OF LOBELVILLE. THIS CREST COMPARES TO A PREVIOUS CREST OF 11.8
FEET WHICH OCCURRED JAN 15 2005.

PERSONS LIVING ALONG THE RIVER AND THOSE WITH RIVER INTERESTS SHOULD CONTINUE TO
MONITOR WATER LEVELS. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
