TO MOVE SLOWLY NORTH AND NORTHEAST ACROSS CUMBERLAND AND FENTRESS
COUNTIES.

ELSEWHERE...OTHER SHOWERS AND PATCHES OF RAIN ARE OVER PUTNAM...
WHITE AND DEKALB COUNTIES AND EXTEND SOUTH AND SOUTHWEST TO THE
ALABAMA BORDER.

RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL GENERALLY BE LIGHT EXCEPT OVER CUMBERLAND AND
FENTRESS COUNTIES WHERE THE RATES MAY REACH A HALF INCH AN HOUR OR
MORE IN HEAVIER RAIN DUE TO THE SLOW MOVEMENT.
