THE LATEST PATH TAKES THE REMNANTS OF HURRICANE FRANCES INTO MIDDLE
TENNESSEE MAINLY TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. THE MIDSTATE COULD
RECEIVE SEVERE WEATHER FROM THE REMNANTS TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
WEDNESDAY. ISOLATED WEAK TORNADOES MAY OCCUR IN WEAKENING TROPICAL
SYSTEMS BUT WITH SEVERAL INCHES OF RAIN POSSIBLE...FLASH AND RIVER
FLOODING WILL BE THE MAIN THREAT.
