THROUGH 730 AM...ISOLATED RAINSHOWERS WILL MOVE THROUGH THE
MID STATE.  MOST OF THE ACTIVITY WILL OCCUR WITHIN A 50 MILE WIDE
BAND EITHER SIDE OF INTERSTATE 40. IN THE HEAVIER SHOWERS RAINFALL
AMOUNTS UP TO ONE HALF INCH COULD OCCUR WHILE MOST PEOPLE IN THE MID
STATE WILL RECEIVE LITTLE OR NO RAIN. SHOWERS WILL MOVE TO THE
SOUTHEAST AROUND 20 MILES AN HOUR.

ACROSS THE MID STATE AREAS OF PATCHY DENSE FOG IS FORMING IN LOW
LYING AREAS...MAINLY AROUND BODIES OF WATER.  THIS MORNING DRIVERS
SHOULD SLOW DOWN AND DRIVE WITH EXTREME CAUTION BECAUSE UNRESTRICTED
VISIBILITIES MAY RAPIDLY REDUCE TO NEAR ZERO.
