THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  WESTERN LEWIS COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF HOHENWALD
  SOUTHERN PERRY COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  NORTHERN WAYNE COUNTY IN TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 1045 PM CDT

* AT 1016 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PENNY SIZE HAIL...AND
  DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 22
  MILES SOUTHWEST OF HOHENWALD...OR ABOUT 11 MILES NORTHWEST OF
  WAYNESBORO...AND MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE...
  8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF HOHENWALD BY 1045 PM CDT

A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
CAN AND DO PRODUCE WEAK TORNADOES. IF A TORNADO IS SPOTTED...ACT
QUICKLY AND MOVE TO A PLACE OF SAFETY IN A STURDY STRUCTURE...SUCH
AS A BASEMENT OR SMALL INTERIOR ROOM.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH...PREPARE
IMMEDIATELY FOR DAMAGING WINDS...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...AND DEADLY CLOUD
TO GROUND LIGHTNING. PEOPLE OUTSIDE SHOULD MOVE TO A SHELTER...
