  DE KALB COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  FENTRESS COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  JACKSON COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  OVERTON COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  PICKETT COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  PUTNAM COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  WHITE COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF COOKEVILLE...JAMESTOWN...GAINESBORO...LIVINGSTON
  AND BYRDSTOWN

* AT 1207 PM CST...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED SEVERAL ROADS
  WITH WATER OVER THE ROADWAY AND WATER ACCUMULATING IN LOW AREAS. DOPPLER
  RADAR ESTIMATES FROM 1 INCH TO 1.75 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN IN THE PAST
  3 HOURS. AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAINFALL IS EXPECTED OVER THE WARNED AREA
  BEFORE RAINFALL DIMINISHES.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO COOKEVILLE...
  JAMESTOWN...GAINESBORO...LIVINGSTON AND BYRDSTOWN .

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
