OVERNIGHT...ALLOWING TEMPERATURES TO DROP INTO THE UPPER 20S TO LOWER
30S IN THE WARNING AREA. WIDESPREAD FROST CAN ALSO BE
EXPECTED TO FORM EARLY IN THE MORNING.

CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS OVERNIGHT WILL HELP TEMPERATURES
BOTTOM OUT IN THE UPPER 20S TO LOWER 30S. WIDESPREAD FROST WILL ALSO
OCCUR...WITH THE FROST BEGINNING TO FORM SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE
DAYBREAK. TEMPERATURES WILL RISE QUICKLY SOON AFTER SUNRISE.

A FREEZE WARNING IS ISSUED WHEN FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE FORECAST TO
THREATEN OUTDOOR PLANTS. THOSE WITH AGRICULTURAL INTERESTS IN THE
WARNED AREA ARE ADVISED TO PROTECT TENDER VEGETATION. THIS CAN BE
DONE BY COVERING THEM WITH BLANKETS OR NEWSPAPER WHERE POSSIBLE.
ALSO, POTTED PLANTS NORMALLY LEFT OUTDOORS SHOULD BE COVERED OR
BROUGHT INSIDE AWAY FROM THE COLD.
