TENNESSEE AT LEAST THROUGH 930 PM. AT 833 PM, ACTIVITY WAS STILL
OCCURRING NEAR MANCHESTER, MCMINNVILLE, OZONE, SHELBYVILLE, AND
CLIFTON. THESE CELLS WILL EITHER REMAIN STATIONARY OR SHOW VERY SLOW
MOVEMENT, MEANING THAT MORE HEAVY RAINFALL CAN STILL BE EXPECTED,
WITH LOCALIZED FLOODING REMAINING A THREAT WITH THESE DOWNPOURS.
