LOCALS AMOUNTS NEAR 3 INCHES. WITH THE ADDITIONAL RAINFALL...
SOME CREEKS AND STREAMS COULD RISE TO NEAR BANK FULL...AND WATER
WILL LIKELY BE LEFT STANDING ON MANY ROADWAYS.
