AT 25 TO 30 MPH. RAINFALL ESTIMATES RANGE FROM ONE QUARTER INCH PER
HOUR TO OVER ONE INCH PER HOUR IN THE STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS.
ACTIVITY WILL MOVE THROUGH THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU IN THE NEXT 2 TO
