MOVE THROUGH MIDDLE TENNESSEE. AT 220 PM...STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE
NORTHEAST ALONG A LINE FROM WAYNESBORO...TO COLUMBIA...AND
WATERTOWN. EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 35 MPH WITH THE STRONGEST
STORMS. HOURLY RAINFALL TOTALS IN MOST SHOWERS WILL BE LESS THAN ONE
TENTH INCH. THE HEAVIEST SHOWERS MAY PRODUCE OVER ONE AND ONE HALF
INCHES OF RAIN OVER THE NEXT HOUR...CAUSING PONDING OF WATER ON
ROADWAYS AND LOW LYING AREAS. PRECIPITATION WILL MOVE THE NORTHEAST
AT 10 TO 15 MPH.
