STRONG THUNDERSTORMS HAVE MOVED SEWD ACROSS NERN AR AND WRN TN.  AIR
MASS AHEAD OF THIS ACTIVITY REMAINS VERY MOIST AND UNSTABLE WITH
MLCAPE OF 2500-3500 J/KG.  ALTHOUGH STORMS HAVE BEEN SLOW TO
INTENSIFY DURING THE MORNING...POTENTIAL FOR STRENGTHENING WILL
PERSIST INTO THE AFTERNOON.  A NEW WW WILL BE ISSUED SHORTLY FOR
PARTS OF SERN AR INTO WRN MS AND NERN LA TO REPLACE WW 646.
