PLATEAU. THE SHOWERS WERE DECREASING IN INTENSITY AS THEY MOVED EAST
AT 20 MPH. RAINFALL RATES WERE LESS THAN ONE HALF INCH PER HOUR.
MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO USE CAUTION AND WATCH FOR PONDING OF
WATER ON ROADWAYS DUE TO EARLIER HEAVY RAIN.
