...A FLASH FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES FOR CUMBERLAND COUNTY UNTIL 645 PM
CDT...

CITIES AFFECTED THROUGH 645 PM CDT INCLUDE...
CROSSVILLE...FAIRFIELD GLADE...MAYLAND...PLEASANT HILL AND
SURROUNDING LOCATIONS.

AT 540 PM...THE THREAT OF FLASH FLOODING CONTINUES ACROSS CUMBERLAND
COUNTY. THUNDERSTORMS THAT MOVED THROUGH EARLIER DROPPED LOCALLY
HEAVY RAIN IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. THE FAIRFIELD GLADE AND
PLEASANT HILL AREAS RECEIVED THE MOST RAIN AND RESIDENTS SHOULD
CONTINUE TO MONITOR STREAMS...CREEKS AND LOW SPOTS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. IF YOU APPROACH A WATER COVERED ROAD...TURN AROUND...DON'T DROWN.
