THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 645 PM CDT

* AT 436 PM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS CUMBERLAND COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATED BETWEEN
  2 AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN FELL IN ONE HOUR NEAR FAIRFIELD GLADE AND
  NEAR MAYLAND. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN IS LIKELY BEFORE
  THE STORMS EXIT THE COUNTY.

* CITIES AFFECTED THROUGH 645 PM CDT INCLUDE...
  LAKE TANSI...FAIRFIELD GLADE...CROSSVILLE

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE
BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. IF YOU APPROACH A WATER COVERED ROAD...TURN AROUND...DON'T
DROWN.
