...A RIVER FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF THE HARPETH RIVER...


AFFECTING THESE COUNTIES IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE: CHEATHAM.

HARPETH RIVER NEAR KINGSTON SPRINGS...
*   FLOOD STAGE:         15.0 FEET.
*   LATEST STAGE:        15.2 FEET AND FALLING AT 4 AM WEDNESDAY.
*   RIVER FORECAST:      FORECAST TO RECEDE SLOWLY THIS MORNING THEN FALL
BELOW FLOOD STAGE LATER TODAY.
*   FLOOD CATEGORY:      THESE LEVELS WILL PRODUCE MODERATE FLOODING.
*   RIVER CRESTED:       20.0 AT  YESTERDAY EARLY AFTERNOON.

AT THESE LEVELS...FLOOD WATERS WILL OVERFLOW THE LEFT BANK OF THE RIVER AND
APPROACH PINNACLE HILL ROAD, AND E. KINGSTON SPRINGS ROAD.

PERSONS LIVING ALONG THE RIVER AND THOSE WITH RIVER INTERESTS SHOULD CONTINUE TO
MONITOR WATER LEVELS. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
